Unfortunately we have not had a chance to see a full episode of Portlandia due to the fact that we banished cable from our home, but we have seen a few clips. If you've seen it we would love to hear your opinions. BTW, Portlandia as been renewed for a second season!

It was brought to our attention that the Portlandia that google was referring to is probably this statue.

Are you sure Google isn't referring to the sculpture located at 1120 SW 5th Avenue? It is the second-largest copper repoussé statue in the United States, after the Statue of Liberty.

I guess we just have "Portlandia" (the show)on the brain. I wasn't aware of the statue, we will have to go check it out.
